Avaliação de impacto sobre a proteção de dados – Listas de atividades de tratamento

Cada autoridade de proteção de dados emite uma lista das operações de tratamento para as quais é necessária uma avaliação de impacto sobre a proteção de dados (AIPD), na sequência de um parecer do CEPD (artigo 35.º, n.º 4, do RGPD).
As autoridades de proteção de dados podem também elaborar uma lista das operações de tratamento para as quais não é exigida uma avaliação de impacto relativa à proteção de dados (artigo 35.º, n.º 5, do RGPD).
