Adatvédelmi hatásvizsgálat – Az adatkezelési tevékenységek felsorolása

Az Európai Adatvédelmi Testület véleménye nyomán minden adatvédelmi hatóság jegyzéket ad ki azon adatkezelési műveletekről, amelyek esetében adatvédelmi hatásvizsgálatot kell végezni (az általános adatvédelmi rendelet 35. cikkének (4) bekezdése).
Az adatvédelmi hatóságok összeállíthatják azon adatkezelési műveletek jegyzékét is, amelyek esetében nincs szükség adatvédelmi hatásvizsgálatra (az általános adatvédelmi rendelet 35. cikkének (5) bekezdése).
Ez a nyilvántartás áttekintést nyújt ezekről a listákról.
