Evaluarea impactului asupra protecției datelor – Liste de activități de prelucrare

Fiecare autoritate pentru protecția datelor emite o listă a operațiunilor de prelucrare pentru care este necesară o evaluare a impactului asupra protecției datelor (EIPD), în urma unui aviz al CEPD [articolul 35 alineatul (4) din RGPD].
Autoritățile de protecție a datelor pot, de asemenea, să întocmească o listă a operațiunilor de prelucrare pentru care nu este necesară efectuarea unei evaluări de impact privind protecția datelor [articolul 35 alineatul (5) din RGPD].
Acest registru oferă o imagine de ansamblu a acestor liste.
