Posouzení vlivu na ochranu osobních údajů – seznamy činností zpracování

Každý úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů vydá na základě stanoviska sboru EDPB seznam operací zpracování, které podléhají požadavku na posouzení vlivu na ochranu osobních údajů (čl. 35 odst. 4 obecného nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů).
Úřady pro ochranu osobních údajů mohou rovněž sestavit seznam operací zpracování, u nichž posouzení vlivu na ochranu osobních údajů není nutné (čl. 35 odst. 5 obecného nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů).
