Datenschutz-Folgenabschätzung – Listen der Verarbeitungstätigkeiten

Jede Datenschutzbehörde erstellt im Anschluss an eine Stellungnahme des EDSA eine Liste der Verarbeitungsvorgänge, für die eine Datenschutz-Folgenabschätzung erforderlich ist (Art. 35 Abs. 4 DSGVO).
Die Datenschutzbehörden können zudem eine Liste der Verarbeitungsvorgänge erstellen, für die keine Datenschutz-Folgenabschätzung erforderlich ist (Art. 35 Abs. 5 DSGVO).
Dieses Register bietet einen Überblick über diese Listen.
