Konsekvensanalyse vedrørende databeskyttelse – lister over behandlingsaktiviteter

Hver datatilsynsmyndighed udsteder en liste over de behandlingsaktiviteter, for hvilke der kræves en konsekvensanalyse vedrørende databeskyttelse efter en udtalelse fra Databeskyttelsesrådet (artikel 35, stk. 4, i GDPR).
Datatilsynsmyndighederne kan ligeledes opstille en liste over de behandlingsaktiviteter, for hvilke der ikke kræves nogen konsekvensanalyse vedrørende databeskyttelse (artikel 35, stk. 5, i GDPR).
