Procjena učinka na zaštitu podataka – Popisi aktivnosti obrade

Svako tijelo za zaštitu podataka izdaje popis postupaka obrade za koje je obvezna procjena učinka na zaštitu podataka (DPIA) na temelju mišljenja EDPB-a (čl. 35. st. 4. OUZP-a).
Tijela za zaštitu podataka mogu utvrditi i popis postupaka obrade za koje nije potrebna procjena učinka na zaštitu podataka (čl. 35. st. 5. OUZP-a).
