Decizii sau măsuri naționale luate în urma unei decizii obligatorii a CEPD

CEPD emite decizii obligatorii și decizii obligatorii urgente la cererea autorităților de protecție a datelor în cazuri specifice, în temeiul articolelor 65 și 66 din RGPD.
Acest registru oferă o imagine de ansamblu asupra deciziilor sau măsurilor naționale definitive adoptate de autoritățile de protecție a datelor în temeiul articolului 65 (decizii obligatorii, adoptate în caz de litigii între autoritățile de protecție a datelor) sau al articolului 66 (decizii obligatorii urgente).
Dacă este cazul, aceste decizii sunt disponibile și în registrul deciziilor emise prin ghișeul unic.
