Az Európai Adatvédelmi Testület kötelező erejű határozata nyomán hozott nemzeti határozatok vagy intézkedések

Az Európai Adatvédelmi Testület az általános adatvédelmi rendelet 65. és 66. cikke szerinti konkrét esetekben az adatvédelmi hatóságok kérésére kötelező erejű határozatokat és sürgősségi eljárás keretében hozott kötelező erejű határozatokat ad ki.
Ez a nyilvántartás áttekintést nyújt az adatvédelmi hatóságok által a 65. cikk szerinti kötelező erejű határozatok (adatvédelmi hatóságok közötti vita esetén elfogadott határozatok) vagy a 66. cikk szerinti sürgősségi eljárás keretében hozott kötelező erejű határozatok alapján hozott jogerős nemzeti határozatokról vagy intézkedésekről.
Ezek a határozatok adott esetben az egységességi mechanizmus keretében hozott határozatok nyilvántartásában is elérhetők.
