Nacionalne odluke ili mjere donesene na temelju obvezujuće odluke EDPB-a

Europski odbor za zaštitu podataka izdaje obvezujuće odluke i hitne obvezujuće odluke na zahtjev tijela za zaštitu podataka u posebnim slučajevima na temelju članaka 65. i 66. OUZP-a.
Ovaj registar pruža pregled konačnih nacionalnih odluka ili mjera koje su donijela tijela za zaštitu podataka na temelju obvezujućih odluka iz čl. 65. (donesenih u slučaju spora među tijelima za zaštitu podataka) ili hitnih obvezujućih odluka iz čl. 66.
Prema potrebi, te su odluke dostupne i u registru odluka donesenih u okviru jedinstvenog mehanizma.
