Nationella beslut eller åtgärder till följd av ett bindande beslut från EDPB

EDPB utfärdar bindande beslut och brådskande bindande beslut på begäran av dataskyddsmyndigheterna i särskilda fall enligt artiklarna 65 och 66 i den allmänna dataskyddsförordningen.
Detta register ger en översikt över slutliga nationella beslut eller åtgärder från dataskyddsmyndigheternas sida på grundval av bindande beslut enligt artikel 65 (som antas vid tvister mellan dataskyddsmyndigheter) eller artikel 66 (brådskande bindande beslut).
I tillämpliga fall finns dessa beslut även tillgängliga i registret över beslut inom mekanismen för en enda kontaktpunkt.
