Nationale afgørelser eller foranstaltninger truffet efter en bindende afgørelse fra Databeskyttelsesrådet

Databeskyttelsesrådet udsteder bindende afgørelser og hurtige bindende afgørelser efter anmodning fra datatilsynsmyndigheder i specifikke tilfælde i henhold til artikel 65 og 66 i GDPR.
Dette register giver et overblik over de endelige nationale afgørelser eller foranstaltninger, som datatilsynsmyndighederne har truffet på grundlag af artikel 65 (bindende afgørelser, der træffes i tilfælde af uenighed mellem datatilsynsmyndighederne) eller artikel 66 (hurtige bindende afgørelser).
