Valsts lēmumi vai pasākumi, kas pieņemti pēc saistoša EDAK lēmuma

EDAK pēc datu aizsardzības iestāžu pieprasījuma izdod saistošus lēmumus un steidzamus saistošus lēmumus konkrētos gadījumos saskaņā ar VDAR 65. un 66. pantu.
Šis reģistrs sniedz pārskatu par galīgajiem valstu lēmumiem vai pasākumiem, ko datu aizsardzības iestādes pieņēmušas, pamatojoties uz 65. panta saistošajiem lēmumiem (pieņemtiem strīdu gadījumos starp datu aizsardzības iestādēm) vai steidzamiem 66. panta saistošajiem lēmumiem.
Attiecīgos gadījumos šie lēmumi ir pieejami arī vienas pieturas aģentūras lēmumu reģistrā.
