Códigos de conduta

A adesão a um código de conduta aprovado ajuda as organizações a pôr em prática uma abordagem estruturada da sua conformidade com o RGPD.

Este registo apresenta uma panorâmica dos seguintes aspetos:

  • códigos de conduta aprovados de âmbito transnacional, incluindo as suas alterações e aditamentos (artigo 40.º, n.º 11, do RGPD), adotados na sequência de um parecer do CEPD (artigo 40.º, n.ºs 5 e 7, do RGPD)
  • requisitos aprovados para a acreditação de organismos de controlo do código de conduta (artigo 41.º, n.º 3, do RGPD)
  • códigos de conduta aprovados de âmbito nacional, incluindo as suas alterações e extensões (artigo 40.º, n.º 11, do RGPD), adotados sem a intervenção do CEPD, em conformidade com o artigo 40.º, n.º 6, do RGPD.
