Kódexy správania

Dodržiavanie schváleného kódexu správania pomáha organizáciám zaviesť štruktúrovaný prístup k dodržiavaniu všeobecného nariadenia o ochrane údajov.

Tento register poskytuje prehľad o:

  • schválených kódexoch správania s nadnárodným rozsahom pôsobnosti vrátane ich zmien a rozšírení (článok 40 ods. 11 všeobecného nariadenia o ochrane údajov) prijatých na základe stanoviska EDPB (článok 40 ods. 5 a článok 40 ods. 7 všeobecného nariadenia o ochrane údajov),
  • schválených požiadavkách na akreditáciu orgánov monitorujúcich dodržiavanie kódexu správania (článok 41 ods. 3 všeobecného nariadenia o ochrane údajov),
  • schválených kódexov správania s vnútroštátnou pôsobnosťou vrátane ich zmien a rozšírení (článok 40 ods. 11 všeobecného nariadenia o ochrane údajov), ktoré boli prijaté bez zásahu EDPB, v súlade s článkom 40 ods. 6 všeobecného nariadenia o ochrane údajov.
