Magatartási kódexek

A jóváhagyott magatartási kódexnek való megfelelés segíti a szervezeteket abban, hogy strukturált megközelítést alakítsanak ki az általános adatvédelmi rendeletnek való megfelelésük tekintetében.

Ez a nyilvántartás a következőkről nyújt áttekintést:

  • az Európai Adatvédelmi Testület véleményét követően elfogadott (az általános adatvédelmi rendelet 40. cikkének (5) és (7) bekezdése), transznacionális hatályú, jóváhagyott magatartási kódexek, beleértve azok módosításait és kiegészítéseit (az általános adatvédelmi rendelet 40. cikkének (11) bekezdése)
  • a magatartási kódexnek való megfelelést ellenőrző szervezetek akkreditációjára vonatkozó jóváhagyott követelmények (az általános adatvédelmi rendelet 41. cikkének (3) bekezdése)
  • az Európai Adatvédelmi Testület beavatkozása nélkül elfogadott, nemzeti hatályú, jóváhagyott magatartási kódexek, beleértve azok módosításait és kiegészítéseit is (az általános adatvédelmi rendelet 40. cikkének (11) bekezdése), az általános adatvédelmi rendelet 40. cikkének (6) bekezdésével összhangban.
