Kodeksi ponašanja

Pridržavanje odobrenog kodeksa ponašanja pomaže organizacijama da uspostave strukturirani pristup usklađenosti s OUZP-om.

Ovaj registar pruža pregled:

  • odobrenih kodeksa ponašanja s transnacionalnim područjem primjene, uključujući njihove izmjene i proširenja (čl. 40. st. 11. OUZP-a), donesenih na temelju mišljenja EDPB-a (čl. 40. st. 5. i 7. OUZP-a)
  • odobrenih zahtjeva za akreditaciju tijela za nadzor kodeksa ponašanja (članak 41. stavak 3. OUZP-a)
  • odobrenih kodeksa ponašanja s nacionalnim područjem primjene, uključujući njihove izmjene i proširenja (čl. 40. st. 11. OUZP-a), donesenih bez intervencije EDPB-a, u skladu s člankom 40. stavkom 6. OUZP-a.
