Kodeksi ravnanja

Upoštevanje odobrenega kodeksa ravnanja organizacijam pomaga, da vzpostavijo strukturiran pristop k skladnosti s splošno uredbo o varstvu podatkov.

Register vsebuje pregled:

  • odobrenih kodeksov ravnanja s transnacionalnim področjem uporabe, vključno z njihovimi spremembami in razširitvami (člen 40(11) splošne uredbe o varstvu podatkov), sprejetih na podlagi mnenja EOVP (člen 40(5) in (7) splošne uredbe o varstvu podatkov),
  • odobrenih zahtev za akreditacijo teles za spremljanje skladnosti s kodeksi ravnanja (člen 41(3) splošne uredbe o varstvu podatkov),
  • odobrenih kodeksov ravnanja z nacionalnim področjem uporabe, vključno z njihovimi spremembami in razširitvami (člen 40(11) splošne uredbe o varstvu podatkov), sprejetih brez ukrepanja EOVP, v skladu s členom 40(6) splošne uredbe o varstvu podatkov.
