Kodexy chování

Dodržování schváleného kodexu chování pomáhá organizacím zavést strukturovaný přístup k dodržování obecného nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů.

Tento registr poskytuje přehled těchto prvků:

  • schválené kodexy chování s nadnárodní působností, včetně jejich změn a rozšíření (čl. 40 odst. 11 obecného nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů), přijaté na základě stanoviska sboru EDPB (čl. 40 odst. 5 a 7 obecného nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů),
  • schválené požadavky na akreditaci subjektů pro monitorování kodexu chování (čl. 41 odst. 3 obecného nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů),
  • schválené kodexy chování s vnitrostátní působností, včetně jejich změn a rozšíření (čl. 40 odst. 11 obecného nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů), přijaté bez zásahu sboru EDPB v souladu s čl. 40 odst. 6 obecného nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů.
