Decisões nacionais ou medidas tomadas na sequência de uma decisão vinculativa do CEPD

O CEPD emite decisões vinculativas e decisões vinculativas urgentes a pedido das autoridades de proteção de dados em casos específicos, nos termos dos artigos 65.º e 66.º do RGPD.
Este registo apresenta uma panorâmica das decisões ou medidas nacionais finais tomadas pelas autoridades de proteção de dados com base em decisões vinculativas nos termos do artigo 65.º (adotadas em caso de litígio entre as autoridades de proteção de dados) ou decisões vinculativas urgentes nos termos do artigo 66.º.
Quando aplicável, estas decisões também estão disponíveis no registo de decisões do balcão único.
