Tietosuojaneuvoston sitovan päätöksen perusteella tehdyt kansalliset päätökset tai toteutetut toimenpiteet

Tietosuojaneuvosto tekee sitovia päätöksiä ja kiireellisiä sitovia päätöksiä tietosuojaviranomaisten pyynnöstä yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen 65 ja 66 artiklassa tarkoitetuissa erityistapauksissa.
Tässä rekisterissä esitetään yleiskatsaus lopullisista kansallisista päätöksistä tai toimenpiteistä, joita tietosuojaviranomaiset ovat tehneet 65 artiklan mukaisten sitovien päätösten (jotka on tehty tietosuojaviranomaisten välisissä kiistoissa) tai 66 artiklan mukaisten kiireellisten sitovien päätösten perusteella.
Nämä päätökset ovat tapauksen mukaan saatavilla myös yhden luukun järjestelmän päätöksiä koskevassa rekisterissä
