Nationale besluiten of maatregelen die zijn genomen op basis van een bindend besluit van het EDPB

Het EDPB vaardigt in specifieke gevallen uit hoofde van de artikelen 65 en 66 van de AVG bindende besluiten en dringend bindende besluiten uit op verzoek van gegevensbeschermingsautoriteiten.
Dit register biedt een overzicht van de definitieve nationale besluiten of maatregelen die door gegevensbeschermingsautoriteiten zijn genomen op basis van artikel 65 (bindende besluiten, vastgesteld in geval van onenigheid tussen gegevensbeschermingsautoriteiten) of artikel 66 (dringend bindende besluiten).
Indien van toepassing zijn deze besluiten ook te vinden in het register van besluiten van het één-loketmechanisme.
