Nationale Entscheidungen oder Maßnahmen, die im Anschluss an eine verbindlichen Entscheidung des EDSA getroffen wurden

Der EDSA erlässt verbindliche Entscheidungen und verbindliche Entscheidungen im Dringlichkeitsverfahren auf Ersuchen der Datenschutzbehörden in bestimmten Fällen gemäß den Artikeln 65 und 66 DSGVO.
Dieses Register gibt einen Überblick über die endgültigen nationalen Entscheidungen oder Maßnahmen, die von Datenschutzbehörden auf der Grundlage verbindlicher Entscheidungen nach Art. 65 (die im Falle von Streitigkeiten zwischen Datenschutzbehörden ergehen) oder nach Artikel 66 (Dringlichkeitsverfahren) ergehen.
Diese Entscheidungen sind gegebenenfalls auch im Verzeichnis der Entscheidungen der zentralen Anlaufstelle abrufbar.
