Euroopa Andmekaitsenõukogu siduva otsuse alusel tehtud riiklikud otsused või võetud meetmed

Euroopa Andmekaitsenõukogu teeb andmekaitseasutuste taotlusel siduvaid otsuseid ja kiireloomulisi siduvaid otsuseid konkreetsetel juhtudel vastavalt isikuandmete kaitse üldmääruse artiklitele 65 ja 66.
Register annab ülevaate lõplikest riiklikest otsustest või meetmetest, mille andmekaitseasutused on võtnud artikli 65 kohaste siduvate otsuste (vastu võetud andmekaitseasutuste vahelise vaidluse korral) või artikli 66 kohaste kiireloomuliste siduvate otsuste alusel.
Vajaduse korral on need otsused kättesaadavad ka ühtse kontaktpunkti otsuste registris.
