Εκτίμηση αντικτύπου σχετικά με την προστασία των δεδομένων — Κατάλογοι δραστηριοτήτων επεξεργασίας

Κάθε αρχή προστασίας δεδομένων εκδίδει κατάλογο με τις πράξεις επεξεργασίας για τις οποίες απαιτείται εκτίμηση αντικτύπου σχετικά με την προστασία δεδομένων (ΕΑΠΔ), κατόπιν γνωμοδότησης του ΕΣΠΔ (άρθρο 35 παράγραφος 4 του ΓΚΠΔ).
Οι αρχές προστασίας δεδομένων μπορούν επίσης να καταρτίζουν κατάλογο με τις πράξεις επεξεργασίας για τις οποίες δεν απαιτείται ΕΑΠΔ (άρθρο 35 παράγραφος 5 του ΓΚΠΔ).
Το μητρώο αυτό παρέχει επισκόπηση των εν λόγω καταλόγων
