Poveikio duomenų apsaugai vertinimas. Duomenų tvarkymo veiklos sąrašai

Kiekviena duomenų apsaugos institucija, gavusi EDAV nuomonę, pateikia duomenų tvarkymo operacijų, kurių poveikio duomenų apsaugai vertinimą (PDAV) reikia atlikti, sąrašą (BDAR 35 straipsnio 4 dalis).
Duomenų apsaugos institucijos taip pat gali sudaryti duomenų tvarkymo operacijų, kurioms nereikia atlikti duomenų apsaugos poveikio vertinimo, sąrašą (BDAR 35 straipsnio 5 dalis).
