Konsekvensbedömning avseende dataskydd – Förteckningar över behandlingsverksamheter

Varje dataskyddsmyndighet utfärdar en förteckning över de behandlingsverksamheter för vilka det krävs en konsekvensbedömning avseende dataskydd efter ett yttrande från EDPB (artikel 35.4 i den allmänna dataskyddsförordningen).
Dataskyddsmyndigheterna kan också upprätta en förteckning över behandlingsverksamheter för vilka det inte krävs någon konsekvensbedömning avseende dataskydd (artikel 35.5 i den allmänna dataskyddsförordningen).
Detta register ger en översikt över dessa förteckningar.
