Novērtējums par ietekmi uz datu aizsardzību — apstrādes darbību saraksti

Katra datu aizsardzības iestāde pēc EDAK atzinuma saņemšanas izdod to apstrādes darbību sarakstu, kurām ir nepieciešams novērtējums par ietekmi uz datu aizsardzību (NIDA) (VDAR 35. panta 4. punkts).
Datu aizsardzības iestādes var arī izveidot sarakstu ar apstrādes darbībām, kurām nav nepieciešams veikt NIDA (VDAR 35. panta 5. punkts).
Šis reģistrs sniedz pārskatu par šiem sarakstiem
