Certificiranje je dobrovoljni alat koji organizacijama pomaže osigurati i dokazati usklađenost s OUZP-om.
Ovaj registar pruža pregled postojećih mehanizama certificiranja te pečata i oznaka za zaštitu podataka koje su izdala nadležna tijela za zaštitu podataka na temelju mišljenja EDPB-a (čl. 42. st. 5. i 8. OUZP-a), među ostalim ako je riječ o Europskom pečatu za zaštitu podataka.
