Mehanizmi certificiranja ter pečati in označbe za varstvo podatkov

Certificiranje je prostovoljno orodje, ki organizacijam pomaga pri zagotavljanju in dokazovanju skladnosti s splošno uredbo o varstvu podatkov.
Ta register vsebuje pregled vzpostavljenih mehanizmov certificiranja ter pečatov in označb za varstvo podatkov, ki jih izdajo pristojni organi za varstvo podatkov na podlagi mnenja EOVP (člen 42(5) in (8) splošne uredbe o varstvu podatkov), tudi kadar gre za evropski pečat za varstvo podatkov.
Zajema tudi odobrene zahteve za akreditacijo teles za certificiranje (člen 43(3) splošne uredbe o varstvu podatkov).

processing operations in the context of article 10 GDPR, except those that are clearly defined and regulated by Luxembourgish or European Laws and for which the CNPD is the competent supervisory authority (e.g. Loi du 1er août 2018 relative à la protection des personnes physiques à l’égard du traitement des données à caractère personnel en matière pénale ainsi qu’en matière de sécurité nationale),
processing operations of entities that have not officially designated a DPO* (article 37 GDPR).
