Sertifikavimo mechanizmai ir duomenų apsaugos ženklai ir žymenys

Sertifikavimas yra savanoriška priemonė, kurią naudojant organizacijoms lengviau užtikrinti ir įrodyti atitiktį BDAR.
Šiame registre apžvelgiami esami sertifikavimo mechanizmai ir duomenų apsaugos ženklai ir žymenys, kuriuos kompetentingos duomenų apsaugos institucijos išdavė gavusios EDAV nuomonę (BDAR 42 straipsnio 5 dalis ir 42 straipsnio 8 dalis), įskaitant atvejus, kai tai yra Europos duomenų apsaugos ženklas.
Jame taip pat išvardyti patvirtinti sertifikavimo įstaigų akreditavimo reikalavimai (BDAR 43 straipsnio 3 dalis).
