Guidelines 3/2018 on the territorial scope of the GDPR (Article 3)

The European Data Protection Board welcomes comments on the Guidelines 3/2018 on the territorial scope of the GDPR (Article 3). Such comments should be sent to the following address by 18 January 2019 at the latest:
