Krajowe decyzje lub środki podjęte w następstwie wiążącej decyzji EROD

EROD wydaje wiążące decyzje i pilne wiążące decyzje na wniosek organów ochrony danych w konkretnych przypadkach na podstawie art. 65 i 66 RODO.
Ten rejestr zawiera przegląd ostatecznych decyzji krajowych lub środków podjętych przez organy ochrony danych na podstawie art. 65 (decyzje wiążące przyjmowane w przypadku sporu między organami ochrony danych) lub art. 66 (pilne decyzje wiążące).
W stosownych przypadkach decyzje te są również dostępne w rejestrze decyzji wydanych w ramach mechanizmu kompleksowej współpracy.
