Guidelines 5/2019 on the criteria of the Right to be Forgotten in the search engines cases under the GDPR (part 1)

The European Data Protection Board welcomes comments on the Guidelines 5/2019 on the criteria of the Right to be Forgotten in the search engines cases under the GDPR (part 1).
Such comments should be sent by February 5th 2020 at the latest using the provided form.
