Flag an inconsistency

As part of its efforts to strengthen dialogue with stakeholders, the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) has created a dedicated contact form for flagging possible inconsistencies among national positions with regard to the interpretation of the GDPR, as well as between national and EDPB positions. This initiative has been announced following the Helsinki Statement on enhanced clarity, support, and engagement.

Stakeholders who wish to flag an inconsistency can do so by filling out the dedicated contact form.

By providing your submission, you are helping the EDPB to better achieve its goal to ensure consistency of application of data protection laws in Europe. While the EDPB will not provide individual replies to the submissions made, all the inputs received will be subject to regular compilations for high-level discussions between the EDPB members in order to decide on possible actions to improve consistency considering the available resources.

1. What kind of inconsistency would you like to flag?
