Coduri de conduită

Respectarea unui cod de conduită aprobat ajută organizațiile să adopte o abordare structurată în ce privește conformitatea cu RGPD.

Acest registru oferă o imagine de ansamblu asupra următoarelor aspecte:

  • coduri de conduită aprobate cu un domeniu de aplicare transnațional, inclusiv modificările și extinderile acestora [articolul 40 alineatul (11) din RGPD], adoptate în urma unui aviz al CEPD [articolul 40 alineatele (5) și (7) din RGPD]
  • cerințele aprobate pentru acreditarea organismelor de monitorizare a codului de conduită [articolul 41 alineatul (3) din RGPD];
  • coduri de conduită aprobate cu domeniu de aplicare național, inclusiv modificările și extinderile [articolul 40 alineatul (11) din RGPD], adoptate fără intervenția CEPD, conform articolului 40 alineatul (6) din RGPD.
