Käytännesäännöt

Hyväksyttyjen käytännesääntöjen noudattaminen auttaa organisaatioita noudattamaan jäsennellysti yleistä tietosuoja-asetusta.

Rekisterissä esitetään yleiskatsaus seuraavista:

  • hyväksytyt käytännesäännöt, joilla on ylikansallinen soveltamisala, sekä niiden muutokset ja laajennukset (yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen 40 artiklan 11 kohta), jotka on hyväksytty tietosuojaneuvoston lausunnon jälkeen (yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen 40 artiklan 5 kohta ja 40 artiklan 7 kohta)
  • käytännesääntöjen valvontaelinten akkreditointia koskevat hyväksytyt vaatimukset (yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen 41 artiklan 3 kohta)
  • hyväksytyt käytännesäännöt, joilla on kansallinen soveltamisala, sekä niiden muutokset ja laajennukset (yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen 40 artiklan 11 kohta), jotka on hyväksytty ilman tietosuojaneuvoston puuttumista asiaan, yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen 40 artiklan 6 kohdan mukaisesti.
