Оценка на въздействието върху защитата на данните — списъци на дейностите по обработване

Всеки орган за защита на данните издава списък на операциите по обработване, за които се изисква оценка на въздействието върху защитата на данните (ОВЗД), след становище на ЕКЗД (член 35, параграф 4 от ОРЗД).
Органите за защита на данните могат също така да изготвят списък на операциите по обработване, за които не се изисква оценка на въздействието върху защитата на данните (член 35, параграф 5 от ОРЗД).
Регистърът предоставя общ преглед на тези списъци.
