Andmekaitsealane mõjuhinnang – töötlemistoimingute loetelud

Iga andmekaitseasutus koostab pärast Euroopa Andmekaitsenõukogu arvamuse saamist loetelu töötlemistoimingutest, mille puhul on nõutav andmekaitsealane mõjuhinnang (isikuandmete kaitse üldmääruse artikli 35 lõige 4).
Andmekaitseasutused võivad koostada ka loetelu töötlemistoimingutest, mille puhul andmekaitsealast mõjuhinnangut ei nõuta (isikuandmete kaitse üldmääruse artikli 35 lõige 5).
