Valutazione d’impatto sulla protezione dei dati – Elenchi delle attività di trattamento

Ogni autorità competente per la protezione dei dati pubblica un elenco delle operazioni di trattamento per le quali è richiesta una valutazione d’impatto sulla protezione dei dati, a seguito di un parere dell’EDPB (articolo 35, paragrafo 4, RGPD).
Le autorità competenti per la protezione dei dati possono inoltre redigere un elenco di trattamenti per i quali non è richiesta alcuna valutazione d’impatto sulla protezione dei dati (articolo 35, paragrafo 5, RGPD).
Il registro fornisce una panoramica di tali elenchi
