Posúdenie vplyvu na ochranu údajov – Zoznamy činností spracúvania

Každý orgán pre ochranu údajov vydá na základe stanoviska EDPB zoznam spracovateľských operácií, pri ktorých sa vyžaduje posúdenie vplyvu na ochranu údajov (článok 35 ods. 4 všeobecného nariadenia o ochrane údajov).
Orgány pre ochranu údajov môžu vypracovať aj zoznam spracovateľských operácií, v prípade ktorých sa nevyžaduje posúdenie vplyvu na ochranu údajov (článok 35 ods. 5 všeobecného nariadenia o ochrane údajov).
