Tietosuojaa koskeva vaikutustenarviointi – käsittelytoimien luettelot

Kukin tietosuojaviranomainen antaa tietosuojaneuvoston lausunnon perusteella luettelon käsittelytoimista, joista on tehtävä tietosuojaa koskeva vaikutustenarviointi (yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen 35 artiklan 4 kohta).
Tietosuojaviranomaiset voivat myös laatia luettelon käsittelytoimista, joiden osalta ei vaadita tietosuojaa koskevaa vaikutustenarviointia (yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen 35 artiklan 5 kohta).
