Кодекси за поведение

Придържането към одобрен кодекс за поведение помага на организациите да въведат структуриран подход към спазването на ОРЗД.

Този регистър предоставя обща информация за:

  • одобрени кодекси за поведение с транснационален обхват, включително техните изменения и допълнения (чл. 40, параграф 11 от ОРЗД), приети след становище на ЕКЗД (чл. 40, параграф 5 и чл. 40, параграф 7 от ОРЗД)
  • одобрени изисквания за акредитацията на органите за наблюдение на кодексите за поведение (член 41, параграф 3 от ОРЗД)
  • одобрени кодекси за поведение с национален обхват, включително техните изменения и допълнения (член 40, параграф 11 от ОРЗД), приети без намесата на ЕКЗД, в съответствие с член 40, параграф 6 от ОРЗД.
