Obvezujuća korporativna pravila

Obvezujuća korporativna pravila alat su koji grupa poduzetnika, ili grupa poduzeća koja se bave zajedničkom gospodarskom djelatnošću, može koristiti da bi osigurala odgovarajuće zaštitne mjere za prijenose osobnih podataka u treće zemlje.
Ovaj registar pruža pregled odobrenih obvezujućih korporativnih pravila. U slučaju obvezujućih korporativnih pravila odobrenih nakon početka primjene OUZP-a (25. svibnja 2018.) navode se poveznice na mišljenje EDPB-a i nacionalnu odluku tijela za zaštitu podataka.
Ovaj pregled služi samo u informativne svrhe. Organizacije su dužne obavijestiti nadležna tijela za zaštitu podataka o izmjenama obvezujućih korporativnih pravila. Pregled se ažurira na temelju informacija koje organizacije dostavljaju nadležnim tijelima za zaštitu podataka.
Za kategorije pojedinaca u slučaju obvezujućih korporativnih pravila za izvršitelje obrade, kategorije podataka odnose se na podatke koji se obrađuju u ime voditelja obrade izvan grupe. Organizacije koje se za prijenos podataka oslanjaju na obvezujuća korporativna pravila obvezne su pojedincima omogućiti jednostavan pristup tim pravilima.
