The European Data Protection Board welcomes comments on the Guidelines 04/2026 on the application of the power to impose administrative fines in relation to other corrective powers under the GDPR.
Such comments should be sent on 13 November 2026 at the latest using the provided form.

Please note that, by submitting your comments, you acknowledge that your comments will be published on the EDPB website.
