Codici di condotta

L’adesione a un codice di condotta approvato aiuta le organizzazioni a mettere in atto un approccio strutturato alla conformità al RGPD.

Il registro fornisce una panoramica dei seguenti elementi:

  • codici di condotta approvati di portata transnazionale, comprese le relative modifiche e proroghe (articolo 40, paragrafo 11, RGPD), adottati a seguito di un parere dell’EDPB (articolo 40, paragrafi 5 e 7, RGPD)
  • requisiti approvati per l’accreditamento degli organismi di controllo del codice di condotta (articolo 41, paragrafo 3, RGPD)
  • codici di condotta approvati di portata nazionale, comprese le loro modifiche e proroghe (articolo 40, paragrafo 11, RGPD), adottati senza l’intervento dell’EDPB, in linea con l’articolo 40, paragrafo 6, RGPD.
