Käitumisjuhendid

Heakskiidetud käitumisjuhendi järgimine aitab organisatsioonidel kehtestada struktureeritud lähenemisviisi isikuandmete kaitse üldmääruse nõuete täitmiseks.

Register annab ülevaate järgmisest:

  • heaks kiidetud riikidevahelise ulatusega käitumisjuhendid, sealhulgas nende muudatused ja laiendused (isikuandmete kaitse üldmääruse artikli 40 lõige 11), mis on vastu võetud andmekaitsenõukogu arvamuse alusel (isikuandmete kaitse üldmääruse artikli 40 lõiked 5 ja 7);
  • käitumisjuhendi järgimise üle järelevalvet teostavate asutuste akrediteerimise heakskiidetud nõuded (isikuandmete kaitse üldmääruse artikli 41 lõige 3);
  • Heaks kiidetud riikliku ulatusega käitumisjuhendid, sealhulgas nende muudatused ja laiendused (isikuandmete kaitse üldmääruse artikli 40 lõige 11), mis on vastu võetud ilma andmekaitsenõukogu sekkumiseta kooskõlas isikuandmete kaitse üldmääruse artikli 40 lõikega 6.
