Saistoši uzņēmuma noteikumi

Saistoši uzņēmuma noteikumi (SUN) ir instruments, ko uzņēmumu grupa vai uzņēmējsabiedrību grupa, kas iesaistīta kopīgā saimnieciskā darbībā, var izmantot, lai nodrošinātu atbilstošus aizsardzības pasākumus personas datu nosūtīšanai uz trešām valstīm.
Šajā reģistrā ir sniegts pārskats par apstiprinātajiem SUN. Attiecībā uz SUN, kas apstiprināti pēc VDAR stāšanās spēkā (2018. gada 25. maijs), tiek sniegtas saites uz EDAK atzinumu un datu aizsardzības iestādes valsts lēmumu.
Šim pārskatam ir tikai informatīva nozīme. Organizācijām ir pienākums informēt Kompetentās datu aizsardzības iestādes par izmaiņām SUN. Pārskats tiek atjaunināts, pamatojoties uz informāciju, ko organizācijas sniedz kompetentajām datu aizsardzības iestādēm.
SUN-P (BCR-P) gadījumā fizisko personu kategorijas attiecas uz datiem, kas tiek apstrādāti ārpus grupas esošo pārziņu vārdā. Organizācijām, kas datu pārsūtīšanai izmanto SUN, ir pienākums nodrošināt fiziskām personām vieglu piekļuvi saviem SUN. Lai iegūtu sīkāku informāciju par SUN, sazinieties ar attiecīgo organizāciju.
