Pravo na privatnost u digitalnom svijetu
U našem digitalnom dobu, u kojem se informacije neprestano dijele, prikupljaju i obrađuju, potrebna su jasna i stroga pravila o zaštiti podataka. Ona omogućuju pojedincima da zadrže kontrolu nad svojim podatcima i zaštite svoju osobnu slobodu, autonomiju i slobodu izražavanja. Pravila o zaštiti podataka od ključnog su značenja i za sprječavanje zlouporaba, neovlaštenog pristupa, krađe identiteta i manipulacije.
