Template for Cross-Regulatory Cooperation Agreements

The EDPB will now invite feedback on the draft template from regulatory agencies competent in other fields of law and cooperating with data protection authorities, including national electronic communications regulators, consumer protection bodies and competition authorities. Responses received during the twelve-week consultation period will be reviewed and taken into account in preparing the final version of the template.
